Our state-of-the-art ward, offering dementia patients with pioneering standards in healthcare delivery requires an exceptional Ward Leader with a background/experience/interest in elderly care to be part of our remarkable team.

Please note we require an experienced Registered Ward Leader/Senior Sister/Senior Charge Nurse with current NMC Registration., To assume responsibility for the designated ward and provide clinical leadership to the nursing team.To lead and develop the nursing team in the care of elderly patients and assist in the development of clinical competencies.To work in a 50:50 split, both clinically on the ward and in a managerial capacity.
