Full Job Description
- Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard within your section, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Lead and mentor junior chefs within the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency in your assigned area.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in planning and developing new menu items, contributing innovative ideas and ensuring seasonal changes are implemented.
- Ensure that all food produced meets quality and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Oversee the ordering and management of ingredients for your section, minimizing waste and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
