We're seeking a Senior Chef de Partie with a deep passion for Indian, Bangladeshi, or Pakistani cuisine. You'll prepare authentic dishes, assist in menu development, and ensure quality and consistency. Key responsibilities include supervising junior chefs, maintaining food safety standards, and efficient stock management.
