Full Job Description

We have two exciting opportunities for talented Senior CDP's to assist our Head Chef in running our awesome production kitchen in Bermondsey.

This is a super exciting opportunity for a passionate foodie and inspiring chef to support our Head Chef, leading the kitchen brigade at our central production kitchen.

We're looking for an experienced CDP who lives and breathes food, producing cracking dishes day-in-day-out, ensuring under your careful guidance the kitchen team produce great results.

Our menus and services are diverse and you'll need to be able to apply your skills and passion for food to all manner of dishes and styles of cookery from simple sandwich lunches to creative and innovative on-trend employee dining - all the while maintain quality control throughout our production kitchen.

You'll have relevant experience at Senior Chef de Partie level in B&I and/or Event Catering, production or banqueting kitchens and you'll be ready to take the next step in your career by applying your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to implement our vision of being London's best boutique contract and event caterer.

Working closely with our Head Chef, you'll be involved in all kitchen duties including overseeing the direction and development of the kitchen team; managing all food production throughout the business, quality control, food safety, HACCP systems, suppliers & stock and all F&B production all within appropriate company and H&S guidelines.

You must be an influential leader, leading by example in everything and able to grow and develop the team and the kitchen operation.
