As our Senior Chef De Partie you must be quick-thinking, adaptable and calm under pressure. You will often be responsible for making changes with short notice when certain supplies - or staff - don't arrive in time for service. You will be a pivotal link between the Sous Chef, Head Chef and the entire team. • Hold experience within a similar role
• Be correctly dressed and understand the importance of high personal hygiene standards
• Ensure that you are aware of, and uphold, all appropriate Risk Assessments
• This is not a 9-5 role and you will be expected to work to the business needs during the relevant service periods including weekends.
• You will also have a proven track record of exemplary food safety and hygiene.
