Senior Children's Wellbeing Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 full time Band 6 Senior Children's Wellbeing Practitioner's (CWP) to join the Think Together Team with the CAMHS Single Point of Access Team.

• The team is locality based across North Yorkshire, York and Selby and although advertised as Northallerton, the base could be York.
We are keen to hear from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who are motivated and focused on delivering high quality patient care.Main duties of the job The post holder will work within the Think Together Team within the CAMHS Single Point of Access Team. They will need to offer triage assessments, both clinical and caseload supervision, alongside delivering interventions at a high-quality; brief outcome focused evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The post will also include visiting our partner agencies to deliver support and training, and offer consultation. The Think Together team works across the locality of North Yorkshire, York and Selby and there is an expectation of travel across the locality in order to deliver the training, support and consultation. There may also be a requirement to work adjusted hours between 8am and finish at 8pm in relation to the patient experience co-creation group. Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team and liaising closely with other agencies you will assess, plan and implement care for children with mental health needs.
