Full Job Description
- Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Lead, train and develop new and existing support workers within your team
- Helping the deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team
We are hiring Senior Care Workers for Underley Garden School which is an Independent Special School and Accommodation based near the village of Kirkby Lonsdale in Cumbria, providing support for individuals between the ages of 5-19. The school was judged to be Outstanding in all areas in April 2022. The residential provision also received an Outstanding judgement in all areas in February 2024! - I have been blown away by the professionalism, care and personal, warm approach of the Underley team from my very first interaction with them. I engaged with many residential schools before finding Underley and they stand head and shoulders above any others I came across. I feel absolutely blessed my child is with them and he is making extraordinary progress. I can't thank them enough.
- Basic Salary: £28,504.99 per annum
