Full Job Description

  • Exhibit excellent composition and spatial awareness.

  • Utilize your modeling and texturing expertise.

  • Creatively model and interpret unfinished concepts to develop three-dimensional assets that align with the design goals.

  • Produce high-quality, detailed textures for various surfaces.

  • Excel in both hard surface and organic modeling techniques.

  • Create shaders for environment assets, volumetrics, decals, ambient effects, etc.

  • Apply complex shader knowledge to enhance the quality of assets.

  • Optimize assets by using diagnostic tools to identify areas for improvement.

  • Know when and where to make cuts and optimize meshes and materials without sacrificing visual quality.

  • Work within the style guidelines set by the project, Art Director, and Art Lead.

    Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3DS Max, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, and more.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

  • Exceptional texturing skills and experience with PBR & materials.

  • Capability to take 2D concept art through to completion in a 3D environment.

  • Ability to create functional, articulated mechanical models and rig them.

  • Experience providing feedback to outsourcing teams.
