Full Job Description

A unique leadership opportunity for a Senior CITI Analytics Manager to lead the CITI Analytics function. We are looking for candidates with subject matter expertise in healthcare data analytics, with experience in developing insights to support senior leaders with the identification, prioritisation and effective delivery of CITI projects and programmes. The post holder will act as an ambassador for CITI across GSTT, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders. We are looking dynamic individuals who are driven to fulfil CITI's ambitions to be an exemplar internationally of a function that stimulates and delivers leading innovation, transformation and improvement. CITI co-locates multi-faceted teams to provide the focal point for clinical innovators and services seeking to translate ideas or early stage products or improvements into clinical practice. The Centre aims both to incubate and deliver innovations and improvement ideas, projects and programmes, working alongside and for its clinical customers for the benefit of patients., The Senior CITI Analytics Manager plays an instrumental role in leading and delivering the Trust's transformation and improvement programmes and work closely with the Senior Management team of CITI and Clinical Groups, playing key role in the following:

  • Lead the delivery of insightful analysis that support performance monitoring, transformation and improvement for a number of Clinical Groups. Taking the lead in using a range of analytical and reporting software and bringing together internal and external datasets.
  • Being directly responsible for designing strategies for data collection, collation and analysis as well as the development and implementation of plans to provide analytic support to programmes and projects supported by CITI. This includes the resource management of CITI analytical resources.
  • Post-holder will develop data insights and analytical tools that support performance management as well as the prioritisation and delivery of change.
  • Be responsible for generally providing analytical service to the Senior Leadership of CITI so they can monitor, track and report the impact the function is making at an aggregated level. This will include informing the prioritisation process for CITI by collating and analysis performance data from across the Trust.
  • Be responsible for elevating the analytic capability across CITI and across the Trust through supporting the development and delivery of capability development programmes and communities of practice.
