Senior Clerical Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Clerk to come and join our friendly Admin and Clerical Team in the Rheumatology Department, which forms part of the Musculoskeletal Group within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. They will work in admin, overseeing the administration from referral to discharge across the various., To work collaboratively with the clerical and clinical teams to provide an accurate and effective administrative service to the MSK Outpatient Department. The post holder will work with minimal supervision and be expected to work flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing a wide range of specific administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have a methodical approach to work, be extremely well organised and have a flexible attitude incorporating the Trust PROUD values. With a clear understanding of patient confidentiality as well as a background in an administrative setting this post would ideally suit an individual wanting to further progress their career.
