Full Job Description

Assisting with administration processes and line management for three reception areas:

  • Main Emergency Centre reception - clerical teams responsible for booking in walk in patients for ED .
  • Ambulance Bay reception - responsible for booking in patients who arrive by ambulance.
  • Updating rotas and planning staff allocation
  • Line management
  • Data validation
  • Promote Trust values
