Our Client Services Team currently have an internal opportunity for a Senior Client Services Administrator . Continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best.

We are looking for a Senior Client Services Team member to work at one of our high profile sites as Canary Wharf.

The team member will warmly meet and greet all our visitors, ensuring the smooth running of the reception with member's journeys as your top priority,

excellent customer service is essential in this role.

This role will require you to work different shift patterns between 5:30am- 21:30pm

Taxi will be provided for a 5:30am start.

The opportunity

As a Senior Client Services administrator you will support with queries relating to membership, physio massage, personal training and create a professional first impression.

As our Senior Client Services administrator you will:

  • `Provide an efficient professional reception service and manage both internal and external queries, concerns and complaints in an efficient, timely and caring manner.


  • Booking clinical appointments and managing fitness memberships. working with the clinic manager to ensure clinical diaries are managed effectively and managing referral trackers across service lines


  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard, ensuring relevant information promotional literature and supplies are available


  • Assist in ordering stationary and clinical supplies


  • Take on additional administrative and ad-hoc duties as the business requires


  • Provide regular service monitoring reports to senior staff


  • Lead, motivate and support staff creating a team culture and professional


  • working environment within the team

  • Work closely with senior site management to ensure smooth and efficient administration processes


  • Complete 1-2-1 meetings and attend team meetings as and when required


  • Ensure that clinical and operational cover is arranged to ensure confidentiality service


  • Participate i the recruitment, interviewing, induction, training and mentoring of new reception staff

    Experience in leading teams


  • Experience in an administrative/office environment


  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, team based environment


  • Professionalism, discrete and positive attitude to develop and nurture relationships


  • Attention to details and time management skills


  • Confident communicator with ability to engage effectively with corporate staff internal and external stakeholders and other healthcare professionals


  • Ability to support with complex costumer issues while maintaining a positive attitude


  • Strong understanding of processes


  • Undertakes and record activities effectively and to time following the correct procedures
