Senior Clinical Administrator

Working within the North Yorkshire Horizons (NYH) the post holder will co-ordinate and provide administrative and clerical services to the clinical team.
Specifically the following:
+ In conjunction with our expert clinical team, the post will take a lead in the production and distribution of prescriptions and all controlled drug stationary, ensuring that all information relating to prescription generation is updated onto the designated database (currently SystmOne (S1).
+ Provide administration support to the clinical team across the 5 sites.
+ Be responsible for Key performance indicator (KPI) information being interpreted and maintained within S1. Facilitate reports for clinical lead and liaison manager as required.
+ To be responsible for managing the clinical admin team, providing oversite and assurance to clinical Lead, whilst supervising clinical admin staff.
The post holder will be based in Selby or Harrogate, covering Selby, Harrogate and Skipton, also will be required to attend other Spectrum Community Health CIC or Humankind sites, The co-ordination of batching prescriptions, this involves running reports and using this information to generate prescriptions, organise the signing of prescriptions and the distribution to community pharmacies.

Managerial supervision.
Adding clinical rotas to System 1 and ensuring the smooth running of clinics across the hubs.
