Senior Clinical Educator (Nurse) / Education Lead

With highly specialised clinical skills and experience, you will provide leadership to our education team and deliver specialist clinical programmes to clinicians at all levels.

You will build strong links with external education providers in order to broaden our education offer and seek to expand our income generating activities by identifying opportunities for education and partnerships.

Working in collaboration with colleagues across the Hospice, you will ensure our clinical workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to provide safe and effective care to our patients and our wider workforce have the opportunity to grow and reach their potential., This is both a leadership and educator role; youll need to be an experienced clinician with a management style that leads and inspires a team with an excellent reputation to continue to provide high quality education and be creative to meet needs both internally and externally.

As an excellent communicator, you will have the skills and experience to deliver high quality education and forge new relationships and partnerships externally.
