Full Job Description

This 9 month post will be available until August 2025 and is based in a well-supported environment within a friendly rural DGH, covering a rural area the size of Greater London. There are unique challenges in delivering high quality health care to this diverse population and we are seeking a highly motivated team player to come and join a dynamic team of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.

The successful applicant will have access to twice weekly endoscopy lists, outpatient clinics and will also have weekly protected time for administrative and professional activities. This role is ideal for those requiring experience prior to applying for specialist training.

To practice medicine in the UK you need to hold both GMC registration and a licence to practise.

The post does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and is not recognised for training but appropriate educational supervision will be provided.

In addition to ward cover, the successful applicant will have access to outpatient clinics and endoscopy lists.
