Clinical Responsibilities Contribute as a middle grade in the running of the Stroke unit at Whiston Liaise with other members of the clinical team and other specialties Advise FY1's, CT Trainees and ANPs about management of patients Develop skills in managing the wards to avoid unnecessary patient delays and maintain good clinical care to all patients. Professional Responsibilities To participate in clinical audit and activities. To participate in continuing professional development. Study leave is to be negotiated. Educational supervision will be provided. To maintain a portfolio of training. To comply with Trust policies and procedures, have (and maintain) GMC registration /licensing. Administrative Responsibilities To ensure good documentation and record keeping To ensure all admin tasks including are complete within local Trust targets. Teaching & Training Responsibilities To attend educational opportunities where appropriate To maintain a portfolio of training. Research & Audit Responsibilities To be involved in departmental audit/research/QIPs
