Senior Clinical Fellow in Trauma & Orthopaedics

The Consultant with whom you are teamed will have full continuing responsibility for the care of patients, but the post holder will be expected to support the management of these patients. This may require the provision of advice and assistance to / from colleagues in other specialties and the proper delegation of the treatment of patients under his/her care to junior staff, which should include an element of training and education. The post holder will be expected and encouraged by the Consultant to carry out any research activities which are an inherent part of normal clinical duties. General Clinical Governance 1.
