Using AI to predict potential health concerns, we're able to help our customers avoid unnecessary hospital visits, whilst protecting vital NHS resources.

Due to our expansion in our Clinical Services we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead and motivate our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and provide exceptional healthcare to our clients and their families. This is a new role in the area and a unique opportunity to create and establish our Clinical services in the area.

This roleplays a pivotal role in improving clientoutcomes, enhancing the quality of care, and leading nursing practice in their specialty area.

What we need from you

- Current registration to practice

- Ideally, previous knowledge and/or experience in working in a complex care setting or community setting

- Excellent communication skills and ability to be able to train clinical and non-clinical staff

- Submit clinical reports and updates to CCGs regarding their packages as per contractual agreements

- Maintain clinical updates and evidence of PREP (Post Registration Educational Portfolio)

- Ideally have leadership skills/experience

- Driving licence and use of a vehicle for work
