Senior Clinical Psychologist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join the team at Arbury Court, a service that provides care and treatment for women in differing levels of security. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and further develop the care pathway, as well as leading and overseeing the specialised psychological programme and the transdisciplinary team., As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and further develop the care pathway, identifying and developing new services for service users, ensuring all non-medical therapeutic approaches are underpinned by a conceptual model and have an empirical evidence base, and ensuring that all members of the transdisciplinary team have access to and understanding of the concepts and principles underpinning the framework and the specialised skills. You will have experience and knowledge in carrying a designated caseload, including assessing service users with complex needs, and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatment within mental health care services.
