Full Job Description
As a Senior Clinical Technician at Specsavers, you'll providing excellent customer service in all care pathways being utilised in the store, including setting up technical equpment and performing diagnostics/pre-assessment procedures under the supervision of the optometrist. We'll continue to develop and expand your knowledge of Optics to enable you to support with all customer enquiries, ensuring the highest levels of customer care are maintained. Our Store Based in Kings Lynn, our Hardwick store has free onsite parking and is convenitently located near several bus routes. Our team of 40 colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you to the team!, We're looking for someone who has previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant - however we'll continue to help develop and expand your knowledge. Some of the key tasks required include:
- Listening to patients, and giving good clear advice, explaining suitable products & offers whilst understanding NHS procedures & applying our own high standards
- Mainly carrying out pre-screening examinations & working alongside the wider team in day to day running of clinics
- Take measurements and support patients with collections, ensuring fit, comfort & accuracy of frames are checked thoroughly
- Maintain delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful retail team.
- Ensure all data protection and regulations are explained and followed
- Complete the necessary diagnostics with the customer whilst adhering to the current IPC and PPE guidelines
Salary £25,000 per year - Full time - 37.5 hours including weekend working
- Staff Bonus
