Senior Coach (Activities Worker)

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for a Senior Coach (Activities Worker) to support its Community Trust operations at the bet365 Stadium. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Assisting, planning, delivering and supporting various programmes in line with KPIs set to improve levels of physical activity across Staffordshire. These include, but are not limited to Active Through Football, Premier League Kicks, Premier League Primary Stars and Wellbeing and Inclusion activities.
• Engaging participants from a range of backgrounds and abilities, including but not limited to vulnerable adults and young people, and those living with long term health conditions.
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with local organisations in the communities we serve.
• Using effective communication skills to identify the needs of participants and accommodate where possible.
• Demonstrate a passion for working to high standards and a commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidate will be available to work and contribute to the success of multiple team projects, being flexible with evening and weekend working. In addition, we are looking for someone who is versatile and is able to positively impact the lives of every participant we engage with regardless of their age, background or ability. The position will be offered on a full-time basis and all relevant training will be provided.
