We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Kent on our Lower Thames Crossing scheme. What you'll do:

Develop tender strategies with clear win themes.
Produce preliminary estimates and assess staffing levels for commercial and production staff.
Maintain an objective view on programme period and critical path activities.
Establish a commercial strategy with ambitious financial targets to achieve the best-case gross project margin (Outperform Targets), including articulation of target assessment and achievement methods.
Create strategies to overcome issues and implement them effectively.
Understand the impact of variations on the critical path.
Assess EOT entitlement for Skanska and objectively evaluate sub-contractor EOT entitlements.

Experience working on large projects £200m+.
Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
Experience with NEC forms of contract
MRICS or CICES desirable
Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
