Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are recruiting for Senior Commissioning Officers to join our Health and Adult Services workforce. There are three roles supporting each of the following portfolio areas:
- Ageing well inc Accommodation based care.
- Learning Disabilities, Adults
- Transitions and Autism across Children's and Adults Join us to support a new vision for Health and Adults Services. With improved transport links (e.g. the Elizabeth line), as well as new retail, and cultural facilities, Woolwich is fast becoming a vibrant and connected hub. We are looking for strong candidates to lead on the development and delivery of strategies and action plans for the borough, contract manage performance of specific services leading to good outcomes for service users. The successful candidates will have a deep understanding of the priorities in Health and Adults services, excellent negotiation and influencing skills to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders and will be passionate about working to bring change across a whole system. Among other duties, postholders will lead on the management of time limited projects of varying sizes such as transformation projects across health and care and promote innovation through co-production with partners, staff, and residents across all commissioning activities. The right candidates will work closely with senior leaders in Health and Adults services in the Council and the ICB, to develop relationships, strategies and services that deliver improved outcomes at an individual, service, and population level.
