Senior Community Nurse

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to join our community nursing team covering the borough of Spelthorne.

The Community Team visit patients in their own home as well as care homes. There are excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills. The team has experienced Senior District Nurses who will ensure that you have the necessary support for your personal development. The community nursing service works over a 7-day week 8.00am to 8.00pm offering a variable shift pattern, and includes weekend and bank holiday working.

Individuals will be expected to deliver and maintain a high standard of clinical and professional Nursing Care and to assist in the delivery of all aspects of individualised patient care.
