If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to use your clinical skills and make a difference, while working in a community environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Droitwich, Ombersley and Rurals Neighbourhood Team (DOR). We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Nurse into the role of Senior Band 6 Triage Nurse based within the DOR Neighbourhood Team. It is envisaged that the individual appointed will be primarily based at Droitwich Medical Centre, but will also work across the Neighbourhood Team, including at our satellite base in Tenbury. Whilst the Post will be mainly on Triage there will be necessity to carry out clinical visits to patients within their own homes depending on the needs of the service, making this a really exciting and diverse Role. Our Neighbourhood Team is an integrated team of Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Health Care Assistants, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and Administrators and work together in our local Neighbourhood and alongside our GP partners to support people in their home environment.

  • Working flexibly to provide the service delivery need across the local area. The service operates from 7:30am 6:30pm, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. Some weekend work will be required.
