Senior Compliance Advisory Business Partner (Consumer Services)

The Compliance team in Experian provides a unique opportunity to engage with experts in the changing world of data and be challenged to find pragmatic compliance solutions to meet consumer and client needs. This role reporting into our Compliance Manager is a remote role aligned to our London or Nottingham office with the opportunity to come into our offices with greater frequency if preferred. Why this role is important to us Working as a member of the Compliance Advisory Team in a Second Line of Defence (2LoD) capacity, you will lead in providing practical, proactive compliance advice to the Experian Consumer Services division of the business, assisting the First Line of Defence (1LoD) to manage regulatory risk aligning to our risk appetite. Work that matters - What you'll be doing

• Provide compliance advice on projects, acquisitions, product development and bids and tenders, including supporting agile product development processes with timely and comprehensive regulatory advice
• Work with Advisory Team members and First Line operational Risk Managers to identify areas of high regulatory and conduct risk and help develop the control environment ensuring identified areas of regulatory risk are reported and escalated to operational Risk Management Committees along with other appropriate governance forums
• Support First Line teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes and the development of necessary controls through the implementation of a pro-active engagement model
• Utilise regulatory risk assessment tools to assess the impact and likelihood of risks related to new product developments
