Full Job Description

The successful candidates are required to provide construction input into Pre-FEED/ FEED design for the projects. Candidates shall have previous construction support experience for Pre-FEED/FEED & Execute work, including:

  • Leadership role in both HSSE and Quality.
  • Providing Inputs to the Project Execution Strategy.
  • Development of the construction execution plan.
  • Providing input in the development of the project schedule.
  • Preparing and developing a project modularisation/offsite strategy.
  • Conduct site visits as and when required.
  • Developing the project path of construction.
  • Develop organisation charts and staffing plans for the execute phase.
  • Developing temporary construction facility requirements.
  • Support SoW development for Implementation Contractors.
  • Technical reviews of contractor bid submissions.
  • Development of site plans for execution phases of the project.
  • Prepare and conduct the project constructability workshop(s).
  • Participate in project risk reviews.
  • Manage CMT Team at site (During assignment).
  • Provide construction input to the various engineering disciplines.
  • Develop the project completions strategy.
  • Previous Pre-FEED/FEED/Execute experience in similar Energy Project roles is essential. The position may also require frequent visits or follow-on Project site position to be completed. Previous European work/site experience would be valuable/preferred. Remote working available 2 days per week, while working from the home office, subject to Project requirements. T&C's for any site role will be discussed when required.
