Full Job Description

The post holder is a key member of the Transformation Team at LNWUH and will lead on embedding the principles of continuous improvement, patient safety, experience, clinical effectiveness, equity, productivity and cost efficiency into practice across all LNWUH services.

The post holder will lead and actively seek opportunities for innovative improvement projects and work with key stakeholders within the specialties across all sites to promote the uptake and delivery of such projects.

The successful candidate will be required to support the transformation team to roll out improvement capability across all London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) sites and to facilitate the integration of these methods into everyday practice in order to provide excellent care as standard.

The post holder will demonstrate experience in leading and delivering several improvement projects simultaneously. They will be expected to provide training and coaching for Transformation team members, trust staff and our stakeholders. They will assist in leading the development and implementation of improvement methodologies to be adopted across the Trust and ensure that the right training and support is in place to allow for these methodologies to be effectively deployed. They will be able to work collaboratively with partners across the local care system to support improvements in our services for local communities.
1. Independently lead the delivery of transformation and improvement projects, supporting the realisation of significant strategic objectives, non-financial benefits and financial targets.
2. Provide coaching, training, and support development opportunities for transformation team members, including line management responsibilities within project teams.
3. Work across a broad range of teams and functions - requiring the ability to create value and capability - working in partnership with clinical and non-clinical staff from within LNWH and the local system
4. Build strong relationships and be seen as a trusted advisor from an improvement point of view for stakeholders inside and outside the organisation

All staff employed by the Trust are expected to embody our 'HEART' values throughout their employment. The values describe how we interact with each other and our patients and underpin everything we do and say to achieve our vision:
