As a Senior Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:

The University of Sheffield is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our Contracts Team.
    At the University of Sheffield, we are a world-class institution renowned for our groundbreaking research and innovation projects. Our Contracts Team negotiates approximately 3000 agreements each year, underpinning £150m of world-leading research and innovation initiatives. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in making these projects happen.

    To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in a research environment

  • Strong knowledge of commercial risks and terms

  • Proven ability to negotiate with commercial partners

  • Excellent communication skills to interpret contractual terms to service users

    41 days annual leave (including closure days and Bank Holidays), with the possibility to purchase up to ten additional days.
