Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join our successful Term Maintenance division as our Senior Contracts Manager overseeing our Richmond and Wandsworth contracts. As our Senior Contracts Manager you will manage the Term Maintenance operations such as footway paving, carriageway re-surfacing, public realm and traffic projects. This is a permanent, full time position based from our Richmond depot.

The duties of the Senior Contracts Manager role will include:

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the service delivery of the contract

- Overseeing and managing all client queries and concerns and seeing them through to resolution

- Providing up to date budget and programming information at all project key stages

- Managing the contract teams and ensuring a high standard of performance is achieved

- Drafting, coordinating and reviewing contract documents with the project Quantity Surveyor and internal commercial/contract team

- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies through regular team meetings and site visits

- Promoting business development through regular liaison with both existing and potential clients, maximising partnering opportunities

We are looking for a practical and personable Senior Contracts Manager who has experience in NEC contracts. You will have solid experience of working on Term Maintenance and highways projects. You will hold a construction related degree or an NVQ level 4/5 and HNC/HND or equivalent as well as a CSCS card. This role will involve travel to other company locations therefore, you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence., Disability Confident
