Full Job Description

In this role you will report to the CAS - Senior Manager and be responsible for:

  • Review, drafting and negotiation of a wide range of contracts including, global government contracts, construction contracts, software and other intellectual property licensing agreements.

  • Create templates and standard agreements;

  • Identify risks associated with customer contracts and assist with risk mitigation strategies;

  • Advise, partner, and seek input from business leaders within the EMEA region;

  • Strategic functional initiatives; including policy and process improvements;

  • Proactively ensure function's performance and compliance to company policy;

  • Mentor other team members;

  • Creatively problem solve and resolve the most complex functional issues;

  • Support M&A due diligence and integration activities as needed;

  • Travel to both CAS and customer locations as needed - Travel up to 20%

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Basic Requirements

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree

  • JD or MBA degree from an accredited institution preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.

  • Must be a good team player and business partner, capable of adapting contracts approach and analysis in an environment with rapidly changing digital technologies and competing priorities.
