Full Job Description
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload to include sales & purchases of freehold and & leasehold property, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and various other matters.
Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3+ years PQE
- The firm is CQS accredited and you should have experience of working with the protocol
- Good technical knowledge
- Good IT knowledge
- Exemplary client care skills
This role is full time and permanent. Salary based on experience.
