Senior Cover Supervisor

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and confident Senior Cover Supervisor. We have a small team of Cover staff who play an essential role in the life of our school and are a valued part of our team. This position would ideally suit someone who has the ability to inspire and motivate children whilst being pro-active, calm and professional. It is important for our school that you want to contribute to the growth and development of every child and to meet their individual needs.

The successful candidate will:

o Work hard, be kind and make a difference

o Work under the guidance of teaching staff, within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes, in or out of the classroom

o Assist with the supervision of pupils out of lesson times, as may be reasonably directed

o Support in other areas when not required for cover duty
