Full Job Description
- Manage and lead the Creative Team to inspire and create innovative campaigns.
- Manage and lead the key creative tasks including integration of partner and commercial assets (branding).
- Organise and execute design projects to meet team objectives, under the guidance of the Head of Creative Design.
- Act as the key contact to support and manage the relationship with external agencies.
- Mentor/manage junior creatives and artworkers.
- Build and maintain robust and effective working relationships with key external suppliers and partners.
- Implement the standard to which all in-house design should adhere, in collaboration with the other designers in the Creative Team.
- Research and plan design projects fully to ensure best quality solutions.
- Maintain and develop design of all assets and visual content to ensure the needs of the Williams Racing Group are satisfied, and to continue to push the boundaries.
- Take responsibility for producing, developing, and formatting presentation material, in-house printing and binding, digital and print proofing and art working documents.
- Manage design workloads, in collaboration with the other designers in the Creative Team, to ensure all projects and tasks are completed to a high standard and meet deadlines.
- Help drive output of the Commercial and Fan Activation projects.
- Take ownership of wider Partnerships, Commercial and Williams racing brand related projects.
Degree or higher in Graphic Design or similar. - Previous proven industry experience (motorsport or sport experience would be a bonus).
- Full knowledge of the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Adobe XD and After Effects.
- Knowledge of workflow management tools (Monday.com)
- Resilient and tenacious with the ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
- Organization of incoming projects and workflow management.
- Ability to demonstrate a solution focussed, proactive approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to cultivate highly effective working relationships at all levels with a wide range of groups and disciplines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organisational ability, able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines with, sometimes a changeable set of priorities.

We are looking for a Senior Creative to join the team to create stand-out, exciting ideas and campaigns that drive attention and enhance our brand. You will contribute to the design function of Williams' creative resource, leading key projects and mentoring other creatives across all touch points including 360 events creative, race team assets design, merchandise, brand design, commercial design, digital UX-UI design, art working, visual concepting, print and 3D. You will create world class campaigns that grab attention and deliver results, being a fast thinker who loves nothing more than generating, developing, and presenting big ideas and is owning the process from concept through to final delivery. This position offers an exciting chance to lead creatively while being an integral part of the expanding team. As we venture into new territories and push the boundaries of our creative abilities, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute towards our expanding brand. While Formula One-related activities represent a significant proportion of the role, this is a group-wide remit that includes support for Experience Centre, Heritage, Commercial, Fan Engagement, Race Team, commercial partnerships and the wider Williams Racing group. Whilst this is is a factory-based role, national/international business travel can be expected.
