You will be responsible for:
Year-long planning of campaigns and content for targeted colleague audiences, supporting business priorities rooted in Tesco's purpose.
Managing creative teams (including external agencies), working to a budget, and evaluating proposals against your creative brief
Liaising with business stakeholders and building relationships, using your network to achieve best possible outcomes.

Working closely with Content & Delivery Manager for quality control and consistency of execution
To be a collaborative team player, bringing stakeholders on the journey with your ideas
To be a communications expert, with proven experience of developing successful internal digital campaigns that meet measurable targets.
To use insights to maximise the impact of your campaigns.
Excellent content judgement, to work accurately and at pace, with competing demands.
At Tesco, we believe in the power of spending more time together, face to face, than apart. So, during your working week, you can expect to spend 60% of your time in one of our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely. We also recognise that life looks a little different for each of us. Some people are at the start of their careers, some want the freedom to do the things they love. Others are going through life-changing moments like becoming a carer, nearing retirement, adapting to parenthood, or something else. That's why at Tesco, we always welcome a conversation about flexible working. So, talk to us throughout your application about how we can support.
Tesco is the biggest private employer in the UK and as such, this is an opportunity to engage a large and diverse audience. You would join at an exciting juncture as we're transforming the way we reach colleagues, with our digital comms platform., Our vision at Tesco is to become every customer's favourite way to shop, whether they are at home or out on the move. Our core purpose is 'Serving our customers, communities and planet a little better every day'. Serving means more than a transactional relationship with our customers. It means acting as a responsible and sustainable business for all stakeholders, for the communities we are part of and for the planet.
We are proud to have an inclusive culture at Tesco where everyone truly feels able to be themselves. At Tesco, we not only celebrate diversity, but recognise the value and opportunity it brings. We're committed to creating a workplace where differences are valued, and make sure that all colleagues are given the same opportunities. We're a big business with diverse working patterns and many business areas which means that we can find something that works for you. Everyone is welcome at Tesco.
We have recently announced that we will be moving towards a more blended working week - combining office and remote working. Our offices will continue to be where we connect, collaborate and innovate. Please talk to us to about how this can work for you.
