Full Job Description

As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll be at the heart of transforming how we engage with our 45,000-strong membership base, helping to shape the NFU's future digital journey. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver exceptional digital experiences for our members while helping us harness the power of data and insight, automated and personalised email campaigns and quality assurance processes. With a focus on transitioning to DotDigital, you will be pivotal in helping the organisation fully unlock the potential of a marketing automation tool, driving forward the organisation's passion to deliver a seamless member experience, ensuring our audience feels valued and connected.

You'll be a creative and dynamic communications or marketing professional, with proven experience in CRM management and a strong focus on data insights and delivering personalised campaigns. You'll have hands-on experience of Dotdigital as a marketing automation tool alongside a passion for member experience. With a finger on the pulse of emerging trends and technologies, you will contribute to the development of our digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with the NFU's priorities and values. You'll have a keen eye for creative design and be clued up on email accessibility. You'll be a natural collaborator and influencer, working with teams across the business to define and deliver an outstanding digital user experience.
