Full Job Description

As a result of an increasing portfolio of projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Civil/ Structural/ Architectural Designer to join the team in Birchwood, Warrington.,

  • Dependent on experience, the role may include checking of modelling and drawing output.
  • Attend regular model reviews/space management meetings and be able to represent the CS&A their discipline and present their model at these.
  • Work closely with CS&A Engineers/ Architects and modelers from other disciplines to co-ordinate the development of the model.
  • Work with CS&A Engineers and Architects on Specifications, preferably with experience using NBS Chorus.

    Experience using Revit, Civils 3D, AutoCAD 2D and Autodesk Design Review to produce GA and detail drawings, in a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment.
  • Experience using British and European Standards and Building Regulations, and the methodologies required when detailing elements.
  • Experience in detailing below ground drainage and services; groundworks; steelwork and reinforced concrete.
  • Working knowledge of CDM.
