Senior Curriculum Manager - Hospitality and Catering

• Oversee the quality of teaching, learning and training in the area.
• The development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards
• Monitoring, tracking and intervention needed to ensure student progress.
• Development of industry networks to enhance student opportunity to develop and make further progress.
• Teach on hospitality and catering courses
• Support and develop the teaching team to delivery high quality teaching, learning and assessment.
  
  You will need to be a dual professional with experience of the hospitality and catering industry and curriculum management in the FE 16 sector. A teacher training qualification, Internal Verification industry qualification, current L3 Food Safety and Allergen training are essential. Recent industry experience through professional updates is desirable.
