Full Job Description

As the Customer Collaboration Lead, you will build engagement with identified customers and navigate new territories with a self-starter mentality. You will serve as the voice of the customer within Molson Coors, translating their needs to the wider demand planning and logistics team, while representing Molson Coors to the customer. Your focus will be on building collaborative relationships with TPDs and delivering world-class customer service aligned with our strategy.,

  • Customer Service & Experience:

  • + Work with logistics and commercial teams to deliver customer service and experience metrics for identified accounts.
    + Manage relationships effectively at appropriate levels both internally and externally to Molson Coors.

  • Communication & Mitigation:

  • + Communicate service pinch points and mitigating actions.
    + Support supply planning decisions based on customer network availability, managing SKU substitutions and allocations to maintain service levels.

  • Forecast Ownership:

  • + Own the customer forecast, collaborating directly with TPDs and executing within the Integrated Business Execution Zone.
    + Incorporate insights and trend data into forecasts, and learn from deviations to improve accuracy.
    + Feed insights into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • + Regularly communicate customer service and relationship status to wider logistics and commercial teams through DDS meetings and customer meetings.

  • Operational Cost Improvement:

  • + Work with logistics and NCC teams to improve operational cost-to-serve.
    + Act as a link between commercial teams, customers, and operations.

    We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Collaboration Lead who has:

  • Technical Skills:

  • + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    + Strong data integrity and analytical skills, with proven ability to interpret and manipulate data to drive action.

  • Experience:

  • + Logistics experience in a customer-facing environment.
    + Proven record of strong collaboration with customers.

  • Communication Skills:

  • + Strong communication skills internally and externally across multiple levels within an organization.
