Under the umbrella of the Rise Children and Young Peoples mental health service Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Partnership Trust are expanding our Mental Health Support Teams programme.
Do you have a passion for working with Children and Young People at an Early Intervention stage to support their emotional health and wellbeing?

This is an exciting time to join the MHST programme as we expand the clinical leadership structure ensuring that the programme has stability and leadership to deliver and grow.
Your role as the 8a Senior CYP CBT lead for the MHST programme will be pivotal in supporting the clinical offer, supervision, trainee/workforce development and strengthening the voice of our CYP through Routine Outcome Measures., As the CYP CBT lead your role is to work as a Senior member of an exciting service which has been growing since the initial trailblazer of 2019.

Your role will be one of the senior clinical leaders of the MHST service strengthening the clinical offer and structure. You will be expected to oversee and enable the teams to provide a high-quality service to the CYP their families and the school staff.
You will be expected to hold a caseload, support the CYP patient flow through supervision and work collaboratively with the leadership team and external stakeholders., As the post holder you will deliver services that are responsive to local and national directives and need, promoting a learning culture that leads to improved delivery and ongoing evaluation. You will in your role be key in considering workforce, outcomes and caseload flow so as to ensure as a service we are delivering a robust and continually improving approach, in order to promote the development, welfare and secure the wellbeing of children and young people and their families.
This role is both an internal clinical lead role as well as an outward facing post. As post holder you will exert necessary influence at operational and clinical levels and will support strategic development of services as required. The post holder will work collaboratively with the other CYP service leads, the professional leads as well as colleagues within the local authorities to deliver services in line with the regulatory frameworks of CQC and Ofsted.
Rise provides specialist emotional wellbeing and mental health interventions for children and young people with anxiety disorders, depression, OCD and PTSD across Coventry and Warwickshire. Our Anxiety and Depression pathways are comprised of a multi-disciplinary team that shares a passion for using formulation-led CBT in a creative way to help children, young people and families. We place a strong emphasis on supervision and believe in an ethos of compassionate support for one another as clinicians.
