Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for aSenior Data Assurance Analyston a permanent basis. This role is flexible and can be based in West Brom, temprorarily until we move to Brindley Place, Birmingham or Chippenham, Wilshire.

The role will include being responsible for leading and overseeing the reporting on all aspects of building safety and health and safety compliance.

The Building Safety Information Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and working in partnership with teams across the business to ensure that data capture and reporting process provide sufficient assurance that GreenSquareAccord meets legal and regulatory requirements in relation to building safety and health and safety.


  • Managing the collation, distribution, and control of data across the business to drive continual improvement in the quality of our building and safety information.


  • Developing and maintaining systems and data streams that provide accurate management information and provide ongoing assurance relating to GreenSquareAccord compliance with regulations and best practice requirements.


  • Managing data related risks within operational risk registers (including the building safety risk register) and escalate issues to strategic risk owners as required.

    For this role, you must hold a NEBOSH Certificate or other equivalent qualification.


  • You will also have H&S/Building Safety and Data experience.

    You will exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with figures and statistics, consider options and make informed decisions.

    You will have experience of implementing, managing, and delivering data management collection systems.
