Full Job Description

You will develop our data and analytical capabilities, to give us a more in-depth understanding of our visitors and supporters, enabling their supporter journey to maximise income and engagement., As our Senior Data Executive you will work in partnership with colleagues across WWT to:

  • Improve our data warehouse, helping us get the most out of our data

  • Ensure we have the data and processes to optimise our visitor and supporter journeys.

  • Evaluate the impact of campaigns in the short and long term

  • Analyse patterns of giving from members, visitors and other donors

  • Create and manage data metrics, dashboards and reporting mechanisms through Power BI


  • We are a small team so you'll be able to get involved in a lot of different projects.

    This is a fixed term, project funded position for 18 months. The role is based at WWT Slimbridge but is suitable for hybrid working, with a minimum of two days a month in the office., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter.     We are seeking an innovative person who loves data and problem solving., We are looking for an excellent numbers oriented communicator, comfortable working on data and analysis projects while also building relationships with colleagues.

    You will be innovative and forward thinking with an eye for detail and appreciation of data quality.

    You will have experience working with SQL databases and building dashboards.
