Senior Design Engineer - Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Lead

As a Senior Design Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our engineering team, working directly with customers and supporting the Principal Engineer. Your key responsibilities include:

• Translating customer requirements into innovative concept and final designs.
• Preparing documentation for design review meetings and finalizing design decisions.
• Producing manufacturing data packs, including drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Leading validation and verification efforts using FEA and dynamic simulation.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to resource planning.
  
  o Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
o Significant experience leading FEA and dynamic simulation techniques. o Proficiency with industry-standard CAD tools such as Inventor or SolidWorks. o Demonstrable experience in opto-mechanical systems design. Desirable Qualifications: o Chartered Engineer status. o Experience with FEA heat flow analysis., We value technical expertise, but we also believe in the power of great communication and teamwork.
