Senior Design Manager - MEPH

We are looking for a MEPH Senior Engineering & Design Manager to join our Infrastructure team. The location of this role is to be confirmed. What you'll do:

• Support the setup and develop Engineering and Design Management Plans, tools and process for the Project.
• Support the project CEM in discharging the duties and requirements of the engineering management plan.
• Management and co-ordination of the Engineering and Design Management Team to ensure that the works are assured in line with Network Rail Standards and delivered in accordance with the project programme and budget. Lead the team to ensure they are supported, and resources are adequately allocated to the works.
  
  Experience in the delivery and assurance of design, construction and hand back of MEPH / SISS works on Rail Stations in accordance with Network Rail or similar Rail sector standards on similar scale or complexity of projects.
• A collaborative attitude across internal teams and external teams. A collaborative approach with the ability to communicate with a number of key stakeholders at various levels.
• Proven experience and ability to develop Engineering Management procedures and systems.
