Senior Digital Acquisition Executive
Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid working - Bristol office 1-2 days a week, The Senior Digital Acquistion Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our digital acquisition strategies to increase visibility and generate leads for our dental practices. This position plays a critical role in shaping our performance marketing efforts and driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our online campaigns.
The Senior Digital Acquisition Executive collaborates with the wider Marketing team, Operations, and Product departments to ensure that digital channel activity is aligned with broader marketing objectives and company goals. This position demands a blend of strategic planning, tactical execution, and detailed analysis, geared towards enhancing Bupa Dental Care's online presence and patient acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute strategies across PPC and SEO to enhance online visibility and patient acquisition.
+ Manage daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads and other search platforms.
+ Supporting the management and optimisation of our online business listings and developing strategies to enhance visibility on listings platforms and generate more online reviews.
+ Monitor, assess, and react to competitor strategies.
+ Manage budgets allocated for PPC campaigns to ensure optimal spending.
+ Work with the wider Marketing team, Operations, and Product departments to ensure that PPC and SEO activity is aligned with broader marketing objectives and company goals.
+ Work with our external PPC agency to adjust PPC bids, enhance creative copy and assets, and improve targeting to maximise ROI.
+ Work with our external SEO agency to develop organic search strategies and implement recommendations.
+ Use analytics tools to track digital performance, interpret key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Prepare and present reports on campaign success and areas for improvement to senior management

+ Bachelor's degree or similar level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ Excellent working knowledge of PPC and ideally campaign management experience, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, service, or retail.
+ Excellent working knowledge of SEO and ideally experience with developing SEO strategies and performing keyword research.
+ Proficiency with digital tools like Yext, Google Ads, SEMRush, Google Search Console, FullStory and Google Analytics.
+ Experience with bid management tools and keyword research/development tools.
+ Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are advantageous.
+ Previous experience in a fast-paced service or retail environment is advantageous for overseeing the needs of our 380+ dental practices.
