We're searching for a Senior Digital Content Producer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our content strategy. You'll film, edit, and create content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while also proactively identifying online opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends. Your work will encompass the entire content lifecycle, ensuring each piece is commercially successful and meets our high-quality standards. Who will you report in to? Hi! As a Senior Digital Content Producer, you'll play a crucial role in driving our video ad production and overall digital content strategy. You'll collaborate closely with me to manage shoots, creating highly innovative content for both paid and organic campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, brand awareness, and audience engagement. • Successful Coordination of Shoots: Effectively manage and execute regular creative content shoots, featuring actors, dogs and/or customers.
• Effective Collaboration with Media Buyers: Partner closely with Media Buyers to optimize creative based on the data and ensure the ad content produced meets target objectives and delivers measurable results across social media platforms.
• Timely and High-Quality Content Production: Oversee the digital content production process from start to finish, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
• Seamless Coordination with International Teams: Successfully coordinated with the London and US production team, ensuring synchronization of efforts and consistent quality across all deliverables.
How Will Your Time Be Spent?
• 20% on Shoots: Coordinate and manage regular shoots for new ads, with a focus on experimental formats and User-Generated Content (UGC) with a strong emphasis on engaging hooks and viral potential.
• 30% on Ideation and Creative Optimisation: Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and copywriters on ideation, pre-production, and optimizing creative based on data insights
• 50% on Post Production: Managing the entire production process of digital content, from concept through to final distribution, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
