We make health happen You'll work within the Digital Commercial Team which is responsible for the commercial performance of Bupa.co.uk, with a remit that covers the end-to-end customer acquisition journey. You'll work with Digital Analytics to create insightful performance reports, CRO team to create amazing landing pages and the SEO team to ensure our overall search strategy is market leading. You'll probably be asked to star in a TikTok video by the social media team when you're settled in too! The role Responsible for the implementation and optimisation of paid digital (PPC and Display) marketing campaigns across Bupa's wide range of businesses - Health Insurance, Health Clinics and Care Homes. As part of the in-house paid search team, you'll work with key internal stakeholders to manage and optimise paid search accounts, whilst also developing a relationship with the media agency to implement digital display and video campaigns, with the support of the Digital Marketing Manager and the Head of Digital Commercial. You'll influence the direction of the paid search accounts, bringing fresh ideas to the team and get involved with campaign testing. How you'll help us make health happen

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of all PPC accounts across the business.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation and optimisation, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Track and analyse conversion data to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regularly, providing updates on campaign performance and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to integrate and optimise campaigns across brand, SEO, Social, DM, press and TV.
  • Keep up to date with all new digital marketing developments and drive early adoption.
  • Ensure all digital marketing communications adhere to FCA regulations, and all campaigns and creative are accurately recorded on Bupa's audit system.

    Demonstrable commercial experience managing PPC accounts is essential.
  • Experience of Search Ads 360, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns would be a huge advantage.
  • A passion for digital media with previous experience of digital marketing, likely to use digital media regularly in your personal life.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and campaign reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
