The Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will create and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives to support our marketing, fundraising and campaigning objectives.

Focusing on increasing brand awareness and promoting external engagement opportunities, including events, you will manage a digital marketing agency and oversee all paid media as well as paid search.

You will also manage our end-to-end campaign processes, ensuring effective tracking and analysis, and implement digital user journeys through various channels such as our website, Eventbrite and Just Giving.

You will collaborate with the digital, marketing and brand teams, as well as supporting our public-facing teams including the Learning, Help Nature Thrive, Partners, and Volunteering teams.

Additionally, you will:

- Utilise CMS systems for website content management
- Develop compelling copy for digital platforms tailored to diverse audiences
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to set and manage the annual budget
- Create targeted advertising for events
- Conduct research on marketing channels to reach new audiences and expand our outreach

To be considered as a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will need:

- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, plans and content across paid media channels
- Experience creating and evaluating successful digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Experience using digital tools and processes to analyse results and amend campaigns
- A good understanding of communications and marketing functions
- A strong understanding of audience segmentation
- Proficiency in databases, CMS, paid social media channels and Google paid search
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James's Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other iconic green spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with 77 million visits every year.

We are now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join us on a full-time basis for an 8-month fixed term contract.

Salary of £32,666 - £36,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
