Full Job Description

Our Digital team is in search of a Senior Digital Projects Manager, who will be crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team. We want to empower our teams to deliver exceptional results, and the Senior Digital Projects Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we do this. Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership across multiple projects, aligning programmes with business priorities and ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives
  • Leading a team consisting of analysts, project managers, and senior project managers, ensuring that projects are well-scoped, well-managed, and delivered to the highest standards, whilst fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment
  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers involved in digital projects, ensuring they meet service-level agreements and deliver value to the project.
  • Providing communication at a strategic level, ensuring that digital project goals are clearly articulated to senior leadership and across the organisation.
  • Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

  • Extensive experience in digital project management or program management roles, already proven in a senior management capacity, leading teams of business analysts and project managers in a technology function
  • Proven background managing large-scale, complex digital projects, particularly in fast-moving, delivery-focused environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
