  • Work with key stakeholders, including centres of excellence (COEs), leading digital adoption utilising your expertise to deliver across our people technology landscape for our cross-functional programs
  • Manage the Workday Success Program (WSP) to deliver timely best in class outcomes deploying WMG's people technology.
  • Deliver product success for our digital adoption tools and consistently provide exceptional people experienceacross the People team and cross-functional teams regarding all aspects of people data analytics the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure all resources are coordinated and maximised to deliver key strategic projects on time and on budget.
  • Any other duties commensurate with your leadership role.
  • Project Management
  • Partner with Programme Director to lead and/or develop approaches/frameworks so WMG's people technology tools are globally adopted and continuously improved.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting including status updates to key stakeholders so deliverables are executed, issues are recognised and resolved in a timely manner so as not to impact on overall project schedules.
  • Ensure clear and documented project artefacts are maintained, e.g. project initiation, high level and detailed plans, RAID logs; identify risks and issues and ensure plan in place to address on a timely basis.
  • Ensure readiness is tested and appropriate change, mobilisation and communication plans are developed and effectively implemented for aligned projects.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Support the People team ensuring delivery of digital adoption across the hire to retire spectrum (HtR) such that all People team workflows deliver best in class efficient outcomes that are inclusive and ensure a great user experience.
  • Ensure PESF road map is developed and delivered, deadlines are properly communicated, engaged with, understood and SOX compliance adherred to.
  • Partner with Data & Insights teams to advance our people data maturity, literary and insights roadmap across WMG.
  • Act as a trusted colleague/leader supporting sensitive and confidential matters while engaging with executives always using your discretion and sound judgement.
  • Warner Music Digital Assistant (WalkMe): Ongoing development of the plan to drive adoption and maximum ROI on WMG's investment.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated individual ready to step into the Senior Director role to enable our digital transformation ambition so we deliver for our employees across the WMG employment life cycle. In particular lead our digital adoption delivering the value of our people's technology choices and cross-functional programs.
  • As part of the People Experience and Solutions Function (PESF) you are customer centric, a problem solver and passionate about developing our business, delivery and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). You will utilise a variety of technologies, e.g.Workday, ServiceNow, WalkMe, Gomo and Google Suite to support you in delivering for WMG.,
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite, excellent data analytic and numeracy skills to be able to deliver evidence based insights that influence and drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Track record of successfully communicating complex matters to diverse audiences so they understand and are aligned.
  • Experience of using digital transformation to deliver process improvement - including ability to scale and embed process, review and monitor process/ways of working to deliver business efficiency and great people experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, experience of prioritising competing demands and able to work independently to exacting deadlines to consistently deliver great value add and measured outcomes.
  • Excellent customer service experience - utilising stakeholder manager skills and building positive working relationships with cross functional teams (e.g. global technology/finance) and external 3rd parties.
  • Experience of managing high volume workflows, including liaising with key stakeholders, employees/managers and 3rd parties to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Proven leader in setting direction for, and achieving objectives using technology solutions as an enabler.
  • Track record in design and deploying technology solutions within complex organisations. Ability to document processes and generate clear and understandable business requirements for non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading multi-site diverse teams including contractors and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Proven strategic planning and roadmap development skills. Ambitious, hardworking leader who can effectively drive change and initiatives independently - demonstrated with evidence based outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical/complex matters with technical/non-technical stakeholders and in a clear and easily comprehensive manner.
  • Program and project management expertise that reflects a record of delivering complex and strategically mission critical initiatives on time, on budget and according to desired specifications.
  • Up to date knowledge of GDPR, data subject access requests (DSAR), equality legislation and able to provide advice and guidance on the same. Demonstrates cultural coherence and deep understanding of DEI across the working environment.
  • At least 4 days per week WMG London office.
